Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer, you will design and build scalable backend systems that power trading strategy simulations, analytics, and data-driven decision tools. You'll work closely with frontend, data, and research teams to deliver reliable and high-performance systems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python OR C++ (experience in other backend languages is a plus)
- Experience designing and building backend services or APIs (REST or similar)
- Understanding of data processing, performance, and scalability
- Experience with database design (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt
- Interest in financial systems, trading, or complex data-driven platforms is a plus

Frontend Engineer
We are looking for engineers who are committed to improving their craft and motivated by solving real-world problems. As a Frontend Engineer, you will build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that enable users to simulate trading strategies, explore complex data, and interact with AI-powered agents. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, and data teams to deliver responsive, scalable, and user-focused experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and client-side rendering
- Experience integrating APIs (REST or similar)
- Knowledge of LLM agents and AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and modern CSS (e.g., Tailwind CSS or equivalent)
- Focus on usability, performance optimization, and clean UI architecture
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve with the product
